We will ship jewelry pieces from China worldwide (excluding the Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe).
Shipping Methods
We provide two shipping methods: standard delivery and free shipping.
We offer free shipping on all orders at and above $50. Please note that the shipping threshold applies to the total paid after discounts are applied and before taxes. Orders below $50 will be charged a $10.75 delivery fee.

Dispatch Speed
48-72 Hours to Dispatch: Your package will be sent within 48-72 hours after we receive your order payment. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package is dispatched.

The actual delivery time can vary due to various reasons. Delivery delays can be caused by events beyond the control of Fancyeah and couriers, e.g., Covid, weather events, local disruptions like public holidays, customs, or strikes.

If your shipment has not arrived within 10 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us. Fancyeah can initiate an investigation for lost items with our partner couriers.
Please be cautious during the following busy mail traffic seasons:
- End of September to beginning of October: Chinese National Holidays may cause slight delays in processing packages in China.
- November 11th to Mid-November: Small delays may occur due to the 1111 Shipping Festival with an increase in international orders during the festival.
- Black Friday to New Year: From the end of November to the beginning of the next year. This period is the peak season for deliveries, with average delivery times being 5-15 days longer than other times of the year.

Return
At Fancyeah we appreciate you and we want to you to be happy with your purchases.
Merchandise, unless marked as final sale or otherwise noted, can be returned for a full refund to your original form of payment within 14 days of purchase.
Products must be returned unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Gift sets must be returned in their entirety to be eligible for a refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Merchandise eligible for return will arrive with a prepaid return label. When returning your merchandise, please pack unworn items in their original packaging and include your original invoice. If you cannot find your invoice, please include a printout of your order confirmation email. Without this information, we will not be able to process your return. Please pack your return with care. Items that are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
